Associate Attorney

Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak seeks an Associate Attorney to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance team, focusing on elder law, estate planning, and long-term care planning. In this role, you will conduct legal research, draft estate planning and elder law documents, advise clients and families, and support regulatory compliance matters impacting seniors and long-term care. Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on elder law, estate planning, and regulatory compliance issues
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and long-term care planning documents
• Meet with clients and families to gather facts, provide legal guidance, and explain planning options
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters related to long-term care and asset protection
• Prepare, review, and organize case files, correspondence, and legal memoranda
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, negotiations, and, when needed, litigation support
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and help update firm practices and documents
• Participate in client education events, workshops, and community outreach
• Work closely with staff to ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate client service
