Full and Part time positons available for Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialists.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Respond to telephone inquiries from patients, referral sources and physicians
Ensure referral/customer satisfaction is achieved
Process telephone orders by preparing patient intake
Document all customer communications in system in a concise and timely manner
Gathers and verifies patient insurance information for equipment, ensuring supplies and services are a covered benefit and patient meets the qualification criteria.
Completes patient admission calls to review patient roles, responsibilities and financial requirements.
Comply with all regulatory compliance policies and procedures and approved operating practices.

Skills:

Qualifications
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
1-2 years medical customer service experience and order intake/insurance verification preferred
Computer proficiency required
