Major company in Cranbury of the NJ Turnpike, is seeking a hands on supervisor for second shift.
Duties:
-Manage daily department procedures and reporting to maximize productivity.
-Interact with all business channels and vendors to provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
-Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork to foster a positive working environment
-Follow loss prevention and security guidelines to minimize inventory shrinkage and profit loss.
-Train and develop all leads and department associates to encourage professional growth
-In conjunction with the Distribution Center Manager, manage all aspects of performance and development of the department associates
-Manage all Associate Relations issues and functions |

Skills:
|
|
-Proven proficiency in English language along with Spanish as a second language.
-Basic math skills
-Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
-IBM AS400 knowledge preferred
-Previous leadership experience
-Previous Distribution Center experience preferred
-Equipment certification as needed
-Ability to move and / or lift up to 65 lbs; heavier merchandise with team assist
