AIDS Care Ocean State seeks a Case Manager to provide individualized care planning, advocacy, practical support,
education, and collaboration with other providers to an assigned group of clients living with HIV and AIDS.

Skills:

-Direct service to the homeless community and/or those in recovery for substance addiction is preferred.
-Proven interpersonal skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
-Organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Valid driver’s license/insured vehicle required for transporting clients as necessary.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
