NWN Corporation is currently looking for a Tier 3 Help Desk candidate for one of our clients in the Raleigh area.
Working schedule consists of prime time hours but may include off-prime hours such as evenings, nights and/or weekends. Working knowledge of basic standard software such as: MS Office suites, Adobe suites, Multiple Windows platforms, etc Proficiency with VMware or virtual environments.
Skills:
-MCP/MCSA/MCSE or Equivalent experience
-MCP in Windows 200x Server Administration (This cert covers, permissions as well as user & group management)
-Security + Certification or other non-Microsoft Certification Exchange Certification or Equivalent experience
-Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
-Administration Certification or Equivalent Experience
-Minimum of 3 yrs Help Desk experience, 4+ yrs preferred.
-Previous customer service/call center/ technical support experienced preferred.
-Work experience with Remote desktop takeover tools, Service Desk electronic ticketing formats (Remedy Specifically);
