Payment Solutions Specialist:
Profesionales de atención al cliente (CCP's) que trabajan en este programa se encargará de entregar un servicio al cliente superior en todas las interacciones con clientes, que incluyen el manejo de entrada y de salida de llamadas de servicio de cliente para los clientes de teléfonos móviles. El candidato ideal tiene la capacidad de construir una relación profesional y amistosa con el que llaman y piden ser cómodo para el pago y la negociación de soluciones de pago.

Pay rate - $10/hour

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of customer care experience required
Previous call center experience desired
Work from home experience desired
Knowledge of wireless companies desired
Candidates currently working for another cell phone provider, will not be eligible for hire at this time.
Candidates must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.

Collections experience required
Proactive problem solving skills and the use of empowerment to resolve customer issues
Ability to ask for payment and negotiate payment schedule
Ability to empathize and establish positive rapport with customer
Excellent listening skills
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar and voice quality
Ability to learn via live instructor lead phone/conference call
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
Good typing, data entry, and spelling skills
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Excellent to high computer skills- use internet daily, knowledgeable with downloading programs and emailing file attachments. Skilled with using chat and instant message communications. Knowledgeable with keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste. Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance. Able to work with seven to fifteen browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Legally able work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
• A successful result of a credit, background, and drug test is contingent on the job offer
Part time and full time shifts available.
Home Computer system requirements:
Windows XP - Service pack 2 installed (required)
• 512MB RAM (at least 30% Free)
• Minimum 1 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 Recommended)
• Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
• Subscription to current Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software service that gives current updated definitions
Windows Vista Basic:
• 512MB RAM (at least 30% Free—1GB Recommended)
• Minimum 15 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1.5 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 (1280x1024 Recommended)
• Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
• Subscription to current Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software service that gives current updated definitions
Windows Vista Premium/Business/Ultimate:

TRAINING:
Training is paid and completed from employee’s home office. Training begins in July 2009.
