| Call Center Manager: Experienced full-time Call Center Manager position available for our growing Call Center Department. We are looking for an energetic person with excellent leadership and staff supervision skills who will be responsible for staff recruitment, orientation and training; who ensures excellent customer service; proper resource allocation, implements quality checks, maintains performance standards to insure an efficient and effective system, develops and implements corrective action plans as needed. Incumbent will also be responsible for staff scheduling and working closely with upper management in meeting organizational goals. |

| Qualifications: Incumbent must be detail oriented with a focus on customer service excellence and call center efficiency. Call Center Management experience is required; health care experience in a primary care setting preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. |
