J. L. Walston & Associates offers a full range of collection and accounts receivable services from our office in Durham, NC. We are currently seeking self-motivated, energetic customer service representatives to assist bilingual customers. We offer a very competitive salary plus bonus. Included benefits are health insurance coverage, profit sharing, paid time off, and other perks. To be considered for this position you MUST have the following: Bilingual Spanish skills are a definite plus. Highly effective communication and listening skills. Professional and courteous Type 40+ words per minute. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
Commit to work three evenings per week and one Saturday per month Major job functions: Answer inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely payment of accounts assigned for collection services. Clarify the amount owed and resolve disputes . Respond to customer requests and record information accurately and efficiently. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations. Meet quality assurance, productivity, and attendance. |
