The Product Advisor(Inside Sales Representative) is responsible for helping to educate physician referred customers and to assist them in making an informed purchase decision. The Product Advisor is expected to be a subject matter expert on all PRN Eye Products and the processing procedures pertaining to establishing Customer Orders and accounts. The successful candidate will be a self starter who does not need a lot of guidance making quick decisions and influencing customer purchase decisions in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Nutrition and Integrative medicine a plus!
Achieves sales and other individual metrics
Maintains Call Quality scores above 90%
Responsible for daily prospecting and conversion of warm leads
Answers incoming calls to assist patients in ordering their doctor recommended supplement.
Answers questions regarding the product, billing, and account updates.
Processes customer requests in timely manner.
Assists in resolving issues and following-up with customers on a timely basis.
Manage daily inbound and outbound calls.
Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
At least one year as a successful inside sales agent/customer service representative Successful Sales experience
Excellent organizational and time management ability.
Creative Problem Solver
Superior Verbal Communications skills
Undergraduate or graduate degree in a science discipline (bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but will consider equivalent experience in the health field).
Experience in health or related field a plus.
The ability to convey complex health-related information to the appropriate audience in an accurate manner.
Strong aptitude for multitasking.
Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly self-motivated, quick learner.
High degree of accuracy in Data Entry and computer skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Must be a driven goal oriented professional.
Able and willing to assist a diverse customer base in the US and abroad.
People person, who wants to genuinely help people with health challenges.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
