We are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Channel Sales Program (CSP) Manager for our regional team based in Miami, reporting into the ALAC Sales Program leader of the Latin America Region.

You, the responsible for strategizing, planning, delivering and running best-in-class channel programs across key Latin America countries, covering all channels (carrier, retailer, resellers) and Apple product lines.

It will be meaningful to be accountable for achieving sales target and growing consumer experience performance.

The goal is understanding of the customer experience opportunities offered by the diverse channels across the region countries in all channels. It will require constant and close communication not only with the region and in country teams, but also across functional teams, external vendors and worldwide support to be successful.

Description:
- You will build maintain a positive, flawless and timely communications with the critical teams needed for successful merchandising deployment and operations, such as country CSP, regional finance, country sales, regional and country staffing and training teams.

- You will establish sustaining processes and Standard Operating Procedure to be followed by local CSP teams: yearly strategy plan, POS deployment (from procurement to installation, refresh and quality/audit), NPI-specific, Beats.

- You also will need to closely track year versus actual plans and address red flags/escalate when needed in a timely matter.

- You will analyze audit results and engage with local and regional sales and staffing teams on key issues around POS quality and performance

- Be the one responsible to cascade all decisions and projects info to the CSP country teams

- You also will be continuously challenge local, regional and WW teams to streamline processes and avoid recurrent issues, specially at NPI.

- Define yearly/quarterly forecast in collaboration with Finance and drive execution within approved budget. Explore new business opportunities in terms of merchandising.

- you will be the focal point for WW CSP for new projects and special requests

- Oversee mystery shopping process and track corrective action plans

- Support Sales team when presenting merchandising projects to accounts

- Establish and maintain expected metrics (current coverage, deployment plan versus actuals, program threshold versus POS performance), etc.

- Being the lead cross functional/matrix teams

- and being the lead Brand Advocate program in the region.
Skills:  
Key Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience on working in a consumer-focused and/or retail sales environment (Mobility/Telecom market experience will be preferable)
•Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
•Project management experience is significant for the role
•Excellent presentation and framing skills
•Strong analytical skills and problem solving thinking
•Attention to details
•Validated operations principals
•Strong objection handling
•An unlimited supply of energy, enthusiasm, curiosity and proactivity
•Fluent English required, written and spoken
•Spanish and Portuguese desired
•Ability to travel
•Miltitask skills

Education:
BA/BS degree preferred

(MBA or equivalent degree is a plus).
