Due to on-going growth, Cleary Bros. Landscape, Inc. is seeking a bi-lingual Human Resources Manager to lead all field staffing efforts, employee training programs, and accountability programs through consistent application of policies, procedures and best practices.
Reporting to the Company CFO, this exempt position is responsible for taking a “hands-on” leadership role in designing, implementing, and managing multiple human resources functions, including:
• field staffing (e.g., recruitment, job postings, screening, new employee orientation),
• performance management (e.g., annual evaluations, documentation, discipline),
• training (e.g., compliance, field operations, managerial),
• safety (e.g., workers’ compensation, claims coordination, and OSHA record keeping), and
• legal compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (e.g., FMLA, FEHA, DLSE).
Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of field-oriented human resources experience demonstrating recruitment success, and administering employee training plans, human resources initiatives, and safety programs equivalent to that listed above. The desired candidate will also possess a proven ability to multi-task in a large-scale corporate environment, achieve challenging goals within efficient timeframes, and work extensively with a Hispanic workforce. While negotiable based on experience, the current salary range for this position is $70-75K.
